Types and prerequisites
Students will be able to study abroad, gain a global vision of their academic program, and graduate with a second academic degree from a foreign university, in addition to the UPC bachelor’s degree.
Dual degree – Type 1
Students will be able to study the last term of their academic program, abroad.
Prerequisites*:
- Apply on the 8th academic term.
- Have a current and a grade point average higher than 13.
- Candidates must be enrolled in at least 12 credits.
- Before traveling, the following must be fulfilled:
- 4 extracurricular credits.
- Language requirement for graduation.
- Have at least 2 credits of pre-professional internships.
- Must not have any debts with the university.
- Must not have disciplinary sanctions during the application term, nor before traveling.
- Must not have any debts with the university, disciplinary sanctions during the application term, nor before traveling, and must not be at academic risk during the application term, nor before traveling.
Dual degree Type 2
Students will first complete their degree at UPC, and then travel to the foreign university, where they will complete the program.
Prerequisites*:
- Apply during last academic term or upon graduation.
- Have a current and a grade point average higher than 13.
- Fulfill all UPC graduation requirements before traveling.
- Must not have any debts with the university.
- Must not have disciplinary sanctions during the application term, nor before traveling.
- Must not be at academic risk during the application term, nor before traveling.
- Meet any additional requirements as requested by the foreign university.
